Terms of Use and Payment

Public offer of the Pilo service. By paying you accept these terms. The Russian version prevails (Русская версия).

Who provides the service

What is free

  • Free trial — 30 days from your first trip: up to 4 trips in full (each up to 14 days): hour-by-hour days, fact checks and up to 60 messages to the assistant per trip. Trip overviews have no monthly limit during the trial. The trial ends after 30 days or once all its trips are unlocked, whichever comes first. Its terms are fixed when it starts.
  • Always — a trip overview: up to 3 new trips a month, with 2 edits and 5 messages to the assistant per trip.

What you can buy

  • Trip up to 14 days — 500 RUB on the website or 350 ⭐ in Telegram.
  • Pilo Pro for a month — 990 RUB on the website or 700 ⭐ in Telegram.
  • Pilo Pro for a year — 4990 RUB on the website or 3500 ⭐ in Telegram.

“Trip up to 14 days” is a one-time purchase: it unlocks one trip in full, forever, with up to 100 messages. Pilo Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription: up to 6 trips a month in full, any length, and up to 400 messages a month. Pro bought on the website or in Telegram does not renew automatically. Pro subscribed in the iPhone app through the App Store renews automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period; Apple charges your App Store account. If Apple offers a free trial for the subscription, you can unlock up to 2 trips before the first charge. An unused trip doesn’t expire: it unlocks your next suitable trip when you tap “Plan the days”, unless Pilo Pro or the free trial covers that trip. Purchases stay on your account and work in the bot, on the website and in the app.

Refunds

An unused trip is refunded in full within 14 days on request. If the service failed, we refund or unlock the trip again. Telegram Stars are refunded in Stars via /paysupport. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; once Apple refunds, the purchase is removed from your balance. Contact support with the payment number.

Plans are made by an AI model. Double-check important things (visas, tickets, ferries, bookings) with official sources. Pilo does not sell tickets or book on your behalf.
